This Week Started With An Amazing Announcement by Newport Folk Festival
The Newport Folk Festival continues its lineup announcements and the week started with a fantastic announcement!
The announcements made over the past week are:
Jason Isbell – He’s a fantastic performer who I look forward to seeing at the Fort (hopefully on the Quad Stage)!
Strand of Oaks – This artist s0unds interesting.
Brian Fallon of The Gaslight Anthem – Another band I know by reputation only.
I continue to be thrilled that I have a three-day ticket.
I plan to post the announcements weekly until NFF has completed the entire lineup. At that point, I might offer my opinions on the acts, once I know who is performing which day.
At this point, the only remaining type of ticket is the Friday single-day ticket. This is an amazing festival – even going for one day is worth it. Get your tickets now!!!
