Béla Fleck is one of my favorite performers; I have seen him many times in a number of iterations, including a show with the Sparrow Quartet, Abigail Washburn‘s band which included Béla.

This show at the Stockbridge Theatre at Pinkerton Academy was Béla and Abby and their banjos, and it was a stunner! (Sorry, photography was not allowed; I am seeing them again in a few days, so I will probably upload some photos from that show here.) Read the rest of this entry →
