Alternate Root TV Presents A Son Of Nashville
Alternate Root TV announced that Americana/pop duo Wisewater will be the guest artist at an Extended Play session on Friday, September 26th at 7 pm. Even though Forrest O’Connor is not based in Nashville at this time, his roots are there.
“Forrest O’Connor is a son of Nashville. His dad [Mark O’Connor, the incredible fiddle player] was industry, and Forrest was playing the mandolin by age 13. Harvard brought Forrest to New England in 2006. He stayed and has played solo and in bands throughout and after college. Forrest O’Connor has recently announced a new duo project formed with singer-songwriter/fiddler Kate Lee under the banner of Wisewater.”
