Alternate Root TV announced that roots musicians The Howlin’ Brothers will be the guest artist at an Extended Play session on Tuesday, September 30th at 7 pm. Their music offers a modern twist on old-timey music.

“As you can tell in the picture, The Howlin’ Brothers are excited. The band has had two albums and an EP recorded at the legendary Sun Studios. The band has been trying to get into the studio as much as we have tried to match up schedules for the past few years. Both sides learned their lessons and we started early to make the proud announcement.”

The Alternate Root is pleased to host a special night of filming featuring The Howlin’ Brothers (who are not blood brothers) on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Doors are at 6pm with the show at 7pm and you can be included (for a $25 donation) by contacting them via e-mail at studioconcertseries@gmail.com.

Alternate Root TV is located just 25 minutes from downtown Boston and has free parking right outside the doors! The donation includes good food and an open bar (beer courtesy of Smuttynose)! Oh, you and about 40 other people will received a poster that the artist will sign to hang on your wall! How can you go wrong with that???
