More Acts Added To The Already Impressive Newport Folk Festival Line-Up
It keeps on coming! The Newport Folk Festival continues its lineup announcements and added even more interesting acts.
The announcements made over the past week are:
Iron & Wine‘s Sam Beam and Band of Horses‘ Sam Bridwell – this first-time collaboration sounds intriguing!
Calexico – I’ve been wanting to see this band for forever but always seem to have a conflict, so I finally have the chance!
Joe Pug – I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Joe about a year ago and am delighted to welcome him to the Festival.
So far, I’m already thrilled that I have a three-day ticket.
I plan to post the announcements weekly until NFF has completed the entire lineup. At that point, I might offer my opinions on the acts, once I know who is performing which day.
At this point, the only remaining type of ticket is the Friday single-day ticket. This is an amazing festival – even going for one day is worth it. Get your tickets now!!!
Friday: Haunt the House, Leon Bridges, The Lone Bellow, Bahamas, Heartless Bastards, Calexico, Iron & Wine and Sam Bridwell, Joe Pug
