Here’s A Project To Back

My good friend Susan Cattaneo launched a PledgeMusic campaign for her upcoming new album and I have gotten behind it!

I discovered Susan two and a half years ago (I know, I was late to the game) and fell in love at first listen. A songwriting professor at Berklee, Susan is an engaging performer who gives it all to her audiences.

I am thrilled to be part of this crowdfunding campaign and encourage you all to participate too! You can go directly to her page by clicking here.

Here is part of what Susan wrote about the project:

“The BIG STORY begins now…

I hear this statement everywhere I go these days:

“The age of the album is dead.”

I don’t believe that. Do you?

Rumors….The White Album…Tapestry…The Glow….Darkness on the Edge of Town…The Red Headed Stranger…Off the Wall…Blue…The Stranger…

I’ll never forget the first time I heard these albums. They and others like them were the soundtrack of my life. I sang and danced and cried along to them. They taught me about music and storytelling and songwriting. I studied their artwork and memorized their lyrics. I found myself in these records. And I lost myself in the power and passion of these songs.

It was never just about one song. It was about the whole album. Because albums let you tell a bigger story.

I have a story to tell, and I’m teaming up with PledgeMusic to give you a chance to be part of this experience.”

About suze72

I've loved the arts all my life... I go to a lot of concerts, take lots of photos and want to share them. Every once in a while I do something other than a concert, too. The Boston area is full of opportunities to indulge my passion - I'd like to help make it yours too!
