Rebirth Brass Band Brought Da N’awlins Funk To South Florida
There will never be a time when I will tire of hearing some great music that’s steeped in New Orleans tradition, so I was excited for Rebirth Brass Band to perform at The Kelsey Theater which is so close to my home!

Rebirth Brass Band
What an excellent show at this undiscovered gem of a venue!
The Lowell Summer Music Series Welcomes Another New Orleans Band!
Welcome New Orleans-based The Revivalists to the Lowell Summer Music Series on Friday, August 3rd!
A Fun Night Will Be Had By All At The Lowell Summer Music Series!
Rebirth Brass Band, a wonderful, talented and fun band is coming to the Lowell Summer Music Series on Saturday, July 14th! I predict there will be a second line snaking through Boarding House Park during at least part of the show!
Fabulous Return to New England by The Iguanas
I have been waiting almost twenty years to see The Iguanas, one of my favorite bands, at Johnny D’s again and they did not disappoint!
Sure, I saw them last summer at the Green River Festival, but seeing them in their own show was what I needed. My patience was rewarded.

A Little Bit Of New Orleans Rocked Lowell
My friends know that Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue is one of my favorite musicians; I traveled to New York three times just to see him perform! Finally, the Lowell Summer Music Series booked him! I was going to be able to see him at one of my favorite venues – life is good!
The stars were completely aligned for this show. The weather was perfect, the crowd was large (but not insane), our seats were close to the stage, and the music was amazing!
Serious Funk and Sweet Soul Music Ruled the Night
