Passim Announces 2015 Iguana Music Fund Grants

25 grants totaling over $40,000 awarded to musicians to enhance careers and support community outreach projects

Cambridge, MA   December 22, 2015 – Passim announced today the recipients of the 2015 Iguana Music Grants awarded annually to musicians in an effort to enhance their careers or aid their community outreach efforts. Marking the Cambridge organization’s 8th year of grant making, over $40,000 has been awarded to help fund 25 different musicians and their projects.

This Promises To Be An Exciting Weekend In Boston

Don’t get me wrong, I’m thrilled to be attending the Newport Folk Festival this year.  I am, however, sad to miss these FREE events in downtown Boston that are happening simultaneously with Newport.

This will be the fourth annual Boston Summer Arts Weekend event.  Set for July 25-26, 2015 at Copley Square in the Back Bay, the event features a wide range of eclectic performances. Can I mention again that it is all free?
